What I learned:
1. The Axis Powers consisted of Germany, Japan and Italy 2. The Allies consisted of Britian, America and Russia 3. Italy was a part of the Axis powers because Benito Mussolini believed that the Treaty of Versailles didn't give Italy enough. 4. Isoroku Yamamoto was the one that planned the Pearl Harbor bombing even though he didn't want to. 5. Joseph Stalin had signed a secret pact with Hitler on how they wouldn't attack each other in 1938. Hitler attacks Russia in 1941. 6. FDR died in 1945 and Harry Truman was elected as the next president 7. Neville Chamberlain tried to make Hitler stop multiple times, even handing off Czechoslovakia, but Hitler didn't stop. Questions I have: Why did Hitler attack Russia after signing the secret pact with Stalin in 1938? Why does Emperor Hirohito join Hitler? What was given to Italy after WW1? What did Italy really want? Why did Yamamoto create such an effective strategy if he didn't want to aggravate America?
